We get Bitcoin miners the gas they need to deploy off-grid.

We source the gas and assemble the full team to get you online and keep it running: equipment, generators, maintenance, operations. You end up with the lowest all-in power cost there is, without piecing it together alone.

"The best part is the network of people you get connected to. I love knowing I have a group of people to reach out to for business deals, advice, or industry updates."

As a Bitcoin miner, you're probably paying too much for power. Natural gas is the solution, but getting it isn't easy.

Grid power is pricing you out.

At 6+ cents per kilowatt hour, margins are gone. The operators who don't find cheaper power likely won't survive the next cycle.

You can't find gas on your own.

The cheapest power on earth is stranded natural gas, but the deals aren't easy to find. You don't have the oil and gas relationships to source real, reliable gas at a fair price.

Gas alone won't get you mining.

Even with a gas deal, you still need generators, equipment, maintenance, operations, and logistics. Getting the gas is the first step. Getting all the way online is the real challenge. We've spent years building the right partnerships. That network gets you moving fast.

One bad equipment or engineering decision can wipe out your returns.

The wrong generator for your gas, a bad site design, inexperienced vendors, poorly sourced bitcoin mining machines... These mistakes cost $100k+ in delays, downtime, and rework, and nearly every deployer makes at least one of them.

You can't confidently commit capital without a deployment plan.

You need site-specific economics and a clear buildout timeline before you invest or raise the money.

"I walked away with all the tools and contacts necessary to confidently source, structure, fund, build, and operate a gas mine. It is an intimate, hands-on relationship-building experience."

Three ways we work with Bitcoin miners.

Full-Service Gas Sourcing + Site Deployment

For Bitcoin miners who want the lowest power cost there is.

We get you the gas nobody else can find. Then we assemble anything else you need to get online and stay running: equipment sourcing, generators, mining hardware, maintenance, operations, and logistics. You end up with a fully operating site without piecing it together alone or repeating expensive mistakes.

One relationship, the lowest all-in power cost, and the certainty that the gas is real.

How it works:

Step 1: Discuss Available Gas Sites

We've already sourced the gas. We maintain active relationships across multiple basins and have both pipeline and wellhead contracts available, with new sites coming online regularly. On our first call we show you what we currently have.

Step 2: Site Matching

We match you to the right site based on your scale, timeline, and how you want to operate. Not every site fits every miner, so we walk through which ones make sense for you and why.

Step 3: Gas Purchase Agreement

You sign a gas purchase agreement directly with the operator on the site we matched you to. We facilitate the introduction and stay involved through the process so both sides know what they're getting.

Step 4: Equipment & Partner Sourcing

If you want it, you get direct introductions to trusted vendors and operators. We help source generators, miners, containers, and other equipment. We also connect you with generator maintenance crews and bitcoin mining site operations teams, so the people who keep the site running are lined up before you deploy. We keep you away from bad partners and costly decisions throughout.

Step 5: Deployment

The equipment gets deployed and you start mining. If you used our partners, that team handles the buildout. If you have your own crew, they do it. Either way, we stay involved to keep the project moving.

Step 6: Ongoing Support & Expansion

We stay on to help you optimize the site, keep the relationship with your gas producer running smoothly, and hit your growth and expansion goals.

Standalone Consulting

For miners who already have gas.

If you already have a gas source secured, we provide expert guidance on matching your equipment and site design to your gas volume, composition, and site logistics, so you avoid the expensive mistakes. We work directly with you through deployment to make sure the system is designed correctly, the equipment is sized properly, and the project stays on track.

Standalone consulting options start at $20,000.

This consulting is included free when you deploy on a Verde-sourced gas site.

Why Bitcoin miners work with us.

The Gas You Can't Find Alone.

Stranded natural gas can be the cheapest power on earth, but the deals aren't easy to find. We have the oil and gas relationships to source real, reliable gas at a fair price, both at the wellhead and on the pipeline.

We're Operators, Not Brokers.

We built and ran our own natural gas mining site for four and a half years with our own money on the line. We've operated every piece of this ourselves, so we can talk any part of your project in depth.

The Whole Team, Not Just the Gas.

Generators, mining hardware, containers, transport, maintenance, operations. We assemble whichever pieces you need from the right specialist, so you're not juggling vendors to fill the gaps.

Certainty and Speed.

You get a vetted, reliable deal and a clear path to deployment, so you don't stall halfway through and burn capital waiting.

One Relationship.

You work with us on whichever pieces you need, instead of chasing gas, equipment, and service partners separately.

Questions you're probably asking.

"I don't have gas yet."

That's the core problem we solve. We source the gas for you from our active network of oil and gas relationships. Pipeline gas, wellhead gas, or both. You don't need to come to us with a gas deal already in hand.

"I already have relationships with equipment vendors."

Good. We're not here to replace your vendor relationships. We're here to make sure the system is designed correctly, the equipment is sized properly for your gas and site, and the deployment stays on track. You might have relationships for generators or bitcoin mining equipment, but not both. We get you access to whichever pieces you're missing.

"We can probably figure this out ourselves."

You can if you've got the time. But you still have to find the gas, and that's the part that takes months or years. We already have the sites. From there, take as much or as little as you want: we can hand you the whole thing and stay on through operations, guide you through the pieces you're unsure about, or teach you the process at our training.

"As a new operator to off-grid mining, Verde gave me the knowledge and experience to run my own site. I appreciated the transparency of Mike and Paul and the myriad of questions they answered about bitcoin mining operations, site setup, site maintenance, and business strategy."

We Only Win When You Do.

We don't take a cut and disappear. On a Verde-sourced site, we're compensated only when your site is up and running. Our incentives are tied to yours from day one.

If you move forward, we stay with you through deployment until your site is operating successfully. You're not left to figure it out on your own.

What's Available Now

We have a set amount of contracted gas supply at any given time, and once a site fills up, it's gone until we source the next one. New sites come online regularly, but the ones available today won't be available forever.

If a site fits your operation, the time to move is while it's still open.

Ready to deploy on the cheapest power there is?

The first step is a conversation. We'll review your situation, tell you what gas we have available, and determine the right path forward with no commitment or pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions

01
I don't have gas. Can you still help?

Yes. Gas sourcing is the core service we offer. We have active oil and gas relationships across multiple U.S. basins, predominantly in the Permian, and source both pipeline and wellhead gas for miners. You don't need to come to us with a deal already in hand.

02
What if I already have gas?

Our standalone consulting engagement is built for miners who already have a gas source and need expert guidance on equipment, site design, and deployment. Contact us and we'll scope it based on your situation.

03
What does the initial call cover?

We'll review your situation and goals, tell you what gas we currently have available, and give you an initial read on whether a deployment makes sense for you.

04
What kind of gas works for bitcoin mining?

Generally, you need consistent gas supply with manageable BTU content and low enough contaminants (like H2S) for reliable generator operation. We evaluate gas quality and volume before bringing any opportunity to you.

05
Is bitcoin mining still profitable?

The economics depend on your cost of power, hardware, and current network conditions. We don't pitch mining as a guaranteed return. The advantage of natural gas is that your power cost is typically on the lowest end, which changes the math in your favor.

06
What areas do you operate in?

We work with miners across U.S. basins, mostly in the Permian. We will consider select international projects. If you want the site fully managed, we pair you with an operating partner in that area.

07
Do I need to attend the training before working with you?

No. Many of our clients attended the training first or include it as part of the engagement, but it's not required. If you're ready to deploy, we can start with consulting or full-service directly.
