We walk you through every step, from evaluating your gas to deploying equipment and initial operations, so you move fast, make the right decisions, and avoid the expensive mistakes that stall most projects.

You need trusted introductions to operators, equipment suppliers, and service partners who actually run their own sites. The difference between a reliable partner network and cold-calling vendors off the internet is months of wasted time.
Generic advice from YouTube and vendors doesn't account for your gas quality, volume, location, or operational realities. You need someone who can evaluate YOUR site, not give you a one-size-fits-all framework.
The wrong generator for your gas, a bad site design, inexperienced vendors, poorly sourced bitcoin mining machines... These mistakes cost $100,000+ in delays, downtime, and rework, and nearly every first-time deployer makes at least one of them.
Whether you're an operator adding bitcoin mining to your wells, a miner moving off-grid for cheaper power, or an investor evaluating a deal; you need site-specific economics, a clear buildout timeline, and an operational framework you can use before you invest the money.
You've got gas, capital, or both. You understand bitcoin mining could change the economics on your operation. But between running your existing business and trying to learn an entirely new deployment process, you don't have 12–18 months to piece it together through trial and error.
At most grid power rates, mining margins are gone. Natural gas changes this. But sourcing gas, negotiating site agreements, and navigating operator relationships require domain knowledge you don't have yet.

We don't just teach you how this works. We work directly with you to get your mining operation deployed and generating revenue.
This is a hands-on consulting engagement that takes you from initial idea to a fully deployed, operating site. We stay with you through the entire process: evaluating your gas, designing the system, sourcing the right equipment, managing the buildout, and supporting initial operations.
You get direct access to operators who have been deploying and running natural-gas-powered mining sites for years, clear decisions, and real-world execution support.
Before consulting, you're dealing with scattered research, conflicting vendor advice, uncertainty about your gas, and the real risk of multiple six-figure mistakes on equipment you don't fully understand.
After consulting, you have a site that's deployed, operating, and generating revenue. You understand your economics. You've got the right equipment from the right vendors. Your operations plan is built on real-world experience.
Here's what that looks like:
You stop guessing whether your gas is viable. You know, because we evaluated it together before you committed capital.
You stop worrying about picking the wrong generator or the wrong vendor because we sourced it for you from a vetted network of partners we've worked with for years.
You gain leverage, optionality, and a new revenue stream that doesn't depend on volatile gas prices or pipeline access.
You are now equipped to operate the mining equipment yourself or are paired with one of our trusted partners to fully manage the operation for you.

This consulting engagement is for you if:
You have stranded, flared, or undervalued gas and want to better monetize it.
You're a bitcoin miner looking to move off-grid with natural gas to significantly cut your power costs and control your own energy supply.
You're an investor or capital deployer who wants to fund a gas-powered mining project but needs a clear, vetted deployment plan and an understanding of how the operations work before committing capital.
This is NOT for you if:
You're not ready to commit capital to a deployment. If you're still in the "learning about it" phase, our 3-day training is the right starting point.
Skip months of trial and error. Get direct access to our vetted network of equipment suppliers, mining operators, and infrastructure providers. These are the partners we've worked with for years.
Before you commit capital, we help you validate the opportunity. Gas analysis review and clear guidance on project viability and risks so you know if the project makes sense.
Know exactly what needs to happen and in what order. Step-by-step deployment checklists, key decision frameworks, and practical guides based on real deployments.
Understand how this works. Core concepts behind gas-powered mining, how systems operate in the real world, and what to watch for during deployment and operations.
Access to a network of operators, miners, and industry participants so you can continue learning, solving problems, and finding opportunities long after your site is deployed.
Significantly shorten your time to learn and deploy. We compress years of hard-won operational knowledge into a structured engagement built around your specific project. Instead of spending months researching and then the pain of learning from your own mistakes, you get the benefit of everything we've already figured out, applied directly to your site.
Avoid the expensive mistakes. Generator sizing errors, gas quality surprises, bad vendor decisions, weak economic assumptions. The mistakes that kill most first deployments are completely avoidable with the right guidance. One wrong equipment decision can easily cost $100,000+. We've made those mistakes already so you don't have to.
Deploy with confidence. You have an operator on the other end of the phone who has built and run these sites, who knows the vendors, and who will tell you when something doesn't make sense for your operation.

You can if you've got the time. We initially had to figure it out on our own and wished there was someone there to teach us. So we condensed everything we learned into a 3-day training and custom consulting engagements. We can save you months or years of trial and error.
That's one of the first things we evaluate together. In Phase 1, we break down the real economics based on your gas, your costs, and current network conditions. If the numbers don't work for your situation, we'll tell you. We will help you avoid a bad project.
Good. We're not here to replace your vendor relationships. We're here to make sure the system is designed correctly, the equipment is sized properly for your gas and site, and the deployment stays on track. You likely have relationships for generators or bitcoin mining equipment, but not both. We will get you access to the missing pieces.
It can be if you're starting from scratch. That's the whole point of working with us. We've deployed and operated these sites for years. We know what breaks and how to plan for it. By the time your site is live, you'll have an operations plan built on our real experience.

We don't let you move forward blindly.
If this isn't a fit for your operation, we'll tell you before you waste time or capital. Our job in Phase 1 is to pressure-test the opportunity and give you an honest evaluation. Not every gas asset makes sense for mining. If yours doesn't, you'll know before you've spent a dollar on equipment.
If you do move forward, we stay with you through deployment until your site is up and operating successfully. You're not left to figure it out on your own.
And if you leave a consulting session and still feel unclear on your next steps, you can book a private follow-up session with our team at no additional cost.
We work closely with every client through deployment. Because of that, we only take on a limited number of consulting engagements at a time.
Each engagement spans months. When we're full, new clients are placed on a waitlist until a slot opens.
If you're serious about deploying, the best time to start the conversation is now.

The training teaches you the full deployment process in a classroom and field setting. Consulting applies that process directly to your specific gas and site with personal guidance through every phase of deployment. Most of our consulting clients attended the training first or as part of the engagement, but it's not required.
Most engagements run 3–6 months from initial evaluation through deployment and early operations. The timeline depends on equipment lead times and how quickly you're ready to move.
We'll review your situation, goals, and timeline, and give you an initial read on whether a deployment makes sense.
Not necessarily. If you're an investor or miner looking for gas, we can help you evaluate opportunities and connect you with operators in our network who have gas assets available.
We evaluate gas quality and volume as part of Phase 1. Generally, you need consistent gas supply with manageable BTU content and low enough contaminants (like H2S) for reliable generator operation. We'll assess your specific gas to determine viability.
We'll tell you. That's one of the most important things we do in Phase 1, give you an honest evaluation before you commit capital.
The economics depend on your cost to generate power, hardware, and current network conditions. We don't pitch mining as a guaranteed return. We give you the model and the real-world data to evaluate it for yourself. The advantage of natural gas is that your power cost is typically on the lowest end, which changes the math in your favor.
If we operate the site with you, there's no upfront consulting fee. We're compensated through an operating fee once the site is live. If you plan to operate the site yourself, engagements start at $10,000+ depending on scope. Either way, the first step is a discovery call to determine the right fit.
We work with clients across the U.S. basins. We consider select international projects. If you want the site fully managed, we would pair you with an operating partner in your area.
Yes. Our network includes operators with gas assets across multiple basins. Part of the value of working with us is connecting the right gas with the right buyer.
